Requirements and Qualifications

Professional Experience

• Senior positions: Minimum 5–6 years of relevant experience within hotels, resorts, or international hospitality brands.
• Junior positions: Minimum 3–5 years of relevant hospitality experience.

Educational Qualifications

• Certificate, Diploma, Degree, or other professional qualification in Hospitality Management or a related field.

Language Requirements

• Excellent spoken and written English language skills are mandatory.

Technical Skills

• Hands-on experience using Opera PMS, SunSystems, or other hotel management software.

Additional Competencies

• Outstanding customer service and guest relations skills.
• Strong operational integrity and professionalism.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Immediate availability will be an added advantage.
