Key Responsibilities
- Support market visits, customer engagement and execution of field activities.
- Collect market intelligence, competitor information and customer feedback.
- Assist with product visibility, merchandising and activation standards.
- Build constructive relationships with customers and field stakeholders.
- Report activity, outcomes, issues and opportunities accurately.
- Contribute to market-growth initiatives and continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Experience
- Relevant degree, diploma or professional qualification for the role.
- Relevant experience in a comparable position or industry environment.
- Evidence of reliability, integrity and professional conduct.
- Experience in sales, marketing, market development, merchandising or field operations is an advantage.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Commercial awareness and customer focus.
- Good field discipline, reporting and communication.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Good organisation, attention to detail and follow-through.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively under pressure.
- Computer literacy and ability to prepare clear reports.
