Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate operational projects from briefing through completion.
- Manage timelines, deliverables, field teams, suppliers and stakeholder updates.
- Track project risks, budgets, quality measures and action plans.
- Use field data and reporting to identify issues and improve execution.
- Coordinate communication across clients, operations, sales and support teams.
- Prepare clear performance reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Experience
- Relevant degree, diploma or professional qualification for the role.
- Relevant experience in a comparable position or industry environment.
- Evidence of reliability, integrity and professional conduct.
- Experience in project management, field operations, sales execution, FMCG or a related commercial environment.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Project planning, coordination and reporting.
- Strong stakeholder and client-management capability.
- Comfort working with field teams, deadlines and performance data.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Good organisation, attention to detail and follow-through.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively under pressure.
- Computer literacy and ability to prepare clear reports.
