Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee daily Clearing & Forwarding operations.
- Manage and supervise operational teams to ensure service delivery excellence.
- Ensure compliance with TRA regulations and customs procedures.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
- Drive business growth, operational efficiency, and profitability.
- Monitor performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth cargo clearance and freight forwarding operations.
- Prepare operational reports and provide strategic leadership to the organization.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in Clearing & Forwarding.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a supervisory or management position.
- Proven leadership and team management experience.
- Strong understanding of TRA compliance requirements and customs processes.
- Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
- Fluency in English and Swahili.
- Strong computer skills and operational management capability.
