Excellent opportunity for an experienced and dynamic professional for a senior leadership opportunity in the Power, Renewable Energy & Electrical Infrastructure sector.

💼 Experience: 10 –12+ Years
📌 Reporting To: COO / Managing Director

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
▪️ Drive business development and growth across solar, substation, and power infrastructure projects.
▪️ Lead tendering, cost estimation, commercial negotiations, and contract management.
▪️ Oversee Solar EPC, substation, transmission, and distribution projects.
▪️ Manage project budgets, profitability, financial performance, and cash flow.
▪️ Lead project managers, engineers, and site execution teams.
▪️ Ensure timely project delivery, quality standards, and HSE compliance.

🔹 What We’re Looking For:
✅ Strong experience in Solar EPC, substations, power transmission & distribution, or electrical infrastructure.
✅ Proven expertise in business development, tendering, and project execution.
✅ Experience in commercial management, profitability, and team leadership.
✅ Strong understanding of the power and renewable energy sector.
