1. Human Resources Officer (Re-Advertised)

📍 Location: Morogoro, Tanzania
🕒 Employment Type: Full-Time
🎓 Experience Level: Entry / Operational

Job Purpose

Support the development and implementation of Human Resources initiatives and systems, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and compliance with employment legislation and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Support recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
• Provide HR advisory support to employees and line managers.
• Assist with talent management, succession planning, and retention initiatives.
• Support payroll, benefits, attendance, and organizational structure queries.
• Assist in performance management and employee relations matters.
• Coordinate training needs identification and follow-up.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and company HR requirements.
• Promote and support SHERQ policies and procedures.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Public Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in HR or Administration.
• Payroll and Benefits experience is an added advantage.
• Strong computer skills.

2. DCS Operator

📍 Location: Morogoro, Tanzania
🕒 Employment Type: Permanent
🎓 Experience Level: Entry / Operational

Job Purpose

Operate and monitor milling plant units through the Distributed Control System (DCS) and field inspections to maximize operational efficiency, mill extraction performance, and production continuity.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform pre-start and operational checks on milling equipment.
• Monitor plant process parameters through the DCS.
• Optimize mill extraction and operational efficiency.
• Identify and report abnormalities and equipment failures.
• Support maintenance activities and breakdown interventions.
• Monitor mechanical and electrical indicators.
• Maintain operational records and production logs.
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures.

Qualifications & Experience

• Certificate in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or Trade Test II in Fitter Mechanics.
• Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is an added advantage.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in mill operations.
• Knowledge of industrial safety practices and hazard identification.
• Basic computer skills.

3. Inventory Operations Controller (Re-Advertised)

📍 Location: Morogoro, Tanzania
🕒 Employment Type: Permanent
🎓 Level: First Line Manager

Job Purpose

Partner with the Inventory Manager to maintain optimal inventory levels and ensure efficient inventory operations from both financial and operational perspectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily stores and inventory activities.
• Ensure accurate receipting, issuing, and inventory control.
• Manage inventory levels to support uninterrupted operations.
• Coordinate receiving schedules, staffing, and equipment requirements.
• Resolve supplier-related inventory discrepancies and defects.
• Support payment processing through accurate goods receipting.
• Monitor team performance against KPIs.
• Maintain compliance with SHERQ, Competition Law, and Anti-Bribery requirements.
• Support audit and inventory governance requirements.
• Promote 5S and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Procurement, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in Procurement, Purchasing, or Supply Chain Management.
• Strong understanding of inventory and stores management systems.
• Proven experience leading teams.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
