About the Opportunity

An established diversified business group is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee human resource operations in Tanzania. The successful candidate will lead recruitment, employee relations, HR policy implementation and workforce development while ensuring effective administrative and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding and employee engagement.
• Handle employee relations, grievances and disciplinary matters.
• Develop, implement and review HR policies and procedures.
• Coordinate performance appraisals, employee training and development.
• Oversee HR administration, payroll coordination and statutory compliance.
• Support workforce planning and organisational development.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant HR management experience.
• Previous experience within diversified business groups preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HR operations, employee relations and labour laws.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Willingness to relocate to Tanzania for a 2-year contract.
