1. Sales Area Manager (DSM)

Location: Dar es Salaam, Tanzania
Experience Required: 4 Years

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
Four years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure correct implementation of sales and marketing strategies.
Attend to customer requirements at points of sale and distributors.
Train and coach sales teams.
Review and analyse weekly sales performance across assigned areas and distributors.
Drive adoption of promotional initiatives across sales channels.
Coordinate monthly sales review sessions.
Support Mobile Financial Services (MFS) initiatives in the territory.
Contribute to branding campaign execution.

Required Competencies

Strong negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and within time constraints.
Ability to work effectively across diverse communities and cultures.

2. IT ServiceDesk Support Engineer

Location: Tanzania, specific duty station not stated
Experience: At least 2 Years, an added advantage

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or a related field.
At least two years of experience in an IT ServiceDesk Support Engineer role is an added advantage.
Strong working knowledge of relational databases, including MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle.
Knowledge of SQL and Object-Relational Mapping (ORM).

Key Responsibilities

Provide 24/7 monitoring of critical YAS applications.
Manage incoming incidents through telephone and ticketing systems.
Log, categorise and prioritise technical faults.
Conduct diagnostics with end users to enable first-contact resolution.
Ensure faults are progressed and resolved within service-level agreements.
Escalate incidents to relevant internal and external technical teams.
Manage incidents throughout their lifecycle, from reporting to resolution.
Identify recurring technical issues and escalate service risks.
Develop technical knowledge to improve incident resolution.

Required Competencies

Experience in system testing and monitoring.
Knowledge of system integration and relevant standards.
Basic networking knowledge, including OSI layers and TCP/IP.
Strong teamwork and professional integrity.

3. Application Support Engineer

Location: Tanzania, specific duty station not stated
Experience: 2–3 Years, an added advantage

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronics or another technology-related field.
Knowledge of UNIX, Windows and/or Linux operating systems.
Two to three years of business application support experience is an added advantage.
Knowledge of database programming, PSQL and TSQL is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Support critical business applications.
Define, execute and maintain server-side scripting solutions.
Analyse application logs and performance metrics.
Troubleshoot and debug application issues with technical teams.
Identify improvements to application support processes and testing strategies.
Improve application logging, reporting and monitoring.
Participate in post-incident reviews of production issues.
Communicate technical issues and resolutions.
Coordinate with third-party vendors on application support requests.

Required Competencies

Knowledge of system integration and standards.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively under pressure.
Flexibility in an on-call environment with changing priorities.
Scripting skills, including shell scripting or Perl.
Knowledge of UNIX, Windows and/or Linux system administration.

4. Data Analyst, Risk and Compliance

Location: Tanzania, specific duty station not stated
Experience Required: 5+ Years

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related quantitative discipline.
At least five years of progressive data analytics experience.
At least two to three years of experience in a telecommunications or financial services regulatory environment.

Key Responsibilities

Support quality assurance through structured data analysis and compliance audits.
Analyse SIM registration controls and KYC completeness.
Identify registration anomalies, data gaps and control failures.
Monitor SIM barring processes and investigate anomalies.
Validate registration records against TCRA requirements.
Review biometric capture, NIN linkage and subscriber identity verification completeness.
Conduct routine and ad hoc compliance audits.
Identify policy deviations and monitor corrective actions.
Track fraud, KYC and AML KPIs and KRIs.
Produce intelligence reports for the Risk and Compliance team.

Required Competencies

Experience in regulatory reporting, compliance analytics or risk data management.
Advanced SQL skills, including complex joins, window functions, aggregations and performance optimisation.
Proficiency in at least one scripting or programming language, preferably Python.
Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Looker or equivalent business intelligence tools.
