About the Opportunity

HumanValue Consulting Limited is hiring 10 freelance Online Sales Managers for HelloToday Light to expand sales of LED lighting and electrical products through electricians (fundi) and project-based customers.

This opportunity suits experienced sales professionals who understand how to build relationships with electricians and promote suitable electrical products for residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit electricians and electrical project partners.

• Promote LED lights and electrical products using WhatsApp, social media and digital catalogues.

• Explain product features and practical applications to electricians.

• Generate leads, quotations and customer orders.

• Convert enquiries into sales and achieve monthly targets.

• Coordinate stock availability, deliveries and installation support where needed.

• Prepare weekly sales reports and forecasts.

• Follow company pricing, payment and delivery policies.

Requirements

• Strong sales competencies and proven sales experience, ideally in lighting or electrical products.

• Ability to engage electricians and build productive relationships.

• Good product knowledge or willingness to learn.

• Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills.

• Experience with WhatsApp, social media and CRM tools.

• Ability to work independently and report results.

• Willingness to attend physical and virtual product training.
