The successful candidate will support the company in safeguarding its legal and regulatory compliance, including statutory, environmental, mining, safety and labour requirements. The position also covers contract management, litigation coordination, regulatory engagement and corporate governance.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Monitor compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and licences.
- Maintain the Legal & Regulatory Compliance Register.
- Register and renew permits.
- Draft, review and manage contracts, agreements and obligations.
- Ensure plant, mining, environmental, safety and labour compliance.
- Track litigation, claims and disputes with external advocates.
- Liaise with government and regulatory authorities.
- Support corporate governance, Board and statutory records.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law.
- Must be a graduate from a Law School of Tanzania.
- 2–3 years of experience, preferably in cement, manufacturing, mining or energy.
- Excellent written and spoken English and Swahili.
- Knowledge of statutory, environmental, mining, safety and labour requirements.
- Ability to draft, review and monitor contractual obligations.
- High level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential company information.
- Sound judgment, accuracy, attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
