Fika is seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Officer to strengthen its brand presence, attract riders and drivers, and support its growth as a preferred ride-hailing service in Dar es Salaam and beyond.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and rider and driver acquisition.

Manage digital and offline campaigns, including social media, radio, outdoor advertising, events and partnerships.

Create engaging content and manage Fika's online presence.

Collaborate with sales and operations teams to promote rider and driver onboarding.

Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports with insights and recommendations.

Represent Fika at events, activations and community engagement activities.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field.

Two to four years' experience in marketing, brand management or digital marketing, preferably in ride-hailing, transport or consumer technology.

Strong communication, creativity and storytelling capabilities.

Experience in social media management, content creation and marketing campaign execution.

Knowledge of the Dar es Salaam market and customer behaviour is an advantage.

Proficiency in digital tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Canva and analytics tools.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
