To expand its strategic services, MCT has established Media Intelligence Consulting Services (MICS), a specialized consulting unit providing expert solutions in:

• Strategic communication
• Media relations
• Research and communication analysis
• Investment advisory
• Media intelligence services

📌 Available Positions

1️⃣ Team Leader

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead implementation of MICS strategic direction
• Oversee daily operations and business development
• Manage partnerships and stakeholder relations
• Supervise staff performance and operations
• Report to Executive Secretary

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Media, or related field
• Master’s Degree (added advantage)
• Minimum 5 years experience in leadership/management
• Strong leadership and strategic planning skills 

2️⃣ Head of Business Development, Marketing & Investment

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop products, services, and business opportunities
• Lead marketing and client acquisition strategies
• Manage investment plans and partnerships
• Prepare business proposals

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Business/Finance or related
• Minimum 3 years experience in business development/marketing
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills 

3️⃣ Head of Data Analysis & Media Intelligence

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze media data across platforms
• Monitor trends and public sentiment
• Produce analytical reports
• Support decision-making and communication strategy

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, ICT, Media, or related
• Minimum 3 years experience
• Strong analytical and research skills 

4️⃣ Head of Finance & Administration

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage financial operations and budgeting
• Oversee procurement and administration
• Ensure compliance and financial reporting
• Strengthen financial control systems

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting or related
• Professional certification (added advantage)
• Minimum 3 years experience
• Strong financial management skills

• Ability to work under pressure
• Computer literacy
• Strong report writing (English & Kiswahili)
