Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience

4. Guest Relation Officer

Requirements

• Knowledge of the Tanzania tourism industry

5. Reservation Officer (Complaints Receive)

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience
• Fluent in English
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook and Word

• Strong coordination and communication skills

• VETA certification is an added advantage
