Key Responsibilities
- Execute daily operational tasks accurately and in line with established procedures
- Follow up on operational issues to ensure timely resolution and proper escalation
- Participate in regular process audits and support audit framework development
- Monitor internal tools, troubleshoot issues, and escalate where necessary
- Ensure compliance checks, controls, and documentation are maintained and up to date
- Collaborate with the Operations Manager to identify and implement process improvements
- Organize and support internal training sessions on tools and processes
- Contribute to business process reviews and optimization initiatives
- Communicate insights and recommendations to cross‑functional teams and management
- Prioritize daily operational initiatives based on business needs
- Assist in preparing operational reports and data analysis tools
- Ensure timely and accurate updates of legal and operational records
- Stay updated on process and IT advancements to support automation and modernization
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- 100% completion of daily operational tasks within set timelines
- Continuous availability and uptime of internal tools
- Quarterly training sessions with at least 90% participant satisfaction
Qualifications & Experience
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Analytics, or related field
- Data Analytics certification is an added advantage
Experience
- 3–4 years’ experience in operations, analysis, or related roles
- Advanced skills in Excel / Google Sheets
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools
- Knowledge of SQL is an added advantage
- Proven experience in evaluating and improving business processes
