Key Responsibilities
Plant Technicians
- Maintain and troubleshoot mineral processing plant equipment.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
- Support plant reliability and production targets.
HEMM Technicians
- Diagnose and repair heavy earth-moving machinery.
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Ensure equipment availability and optimum performance.
Automobile Technicians
- Inspect, repair, and maintain company vehicles.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults.
- Maintain service records and repair documentation.
Electrical Technicians
- Maintain electrical systems, motors, switchgear, and control panels.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical faults.
- Support plant safety and compliance requirements.
Excavator & Loader Operators
- Operate equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform daily equipment inspections.
- Support mining and material handling operations.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in mining plants, mineral processing facilities, or heavy industrial operations.
- Technical certification, diploma, or equivalent qualification relevant to the position.
- Strong understanding of workplace safety standards.
