GENERAL CONDITIONS

Applicants were required to:

• Be Tanzanian citizens aged 18–35 years.
• Submit an updated CV with reliable postal, email and telephone contacts.
• Attach certified academic/professional certificates, transcripts and birth certificate.
• Have two guarantors who are Public Servants.
• Provide an introduction letter from the Village/Street Executive Officer or relevant Local Government Authority.
• Be willing to volunteer in the assigned area.
• Attach a copy of their NIDA card.
• Have good conduct and no criminal or disciplinary conviction.
• Not have been employed by a Public Institution since graduation. 

Testimonials, provisional results, statements of results and Form IV/Form VI result slips were not accepted. Foreign academic qualifications had to be recognized by the appropriate authorities. 

Programme Duration

The volunteering programme is for one year and is specifically intended for skills development and acquisition of work experience. The notice explicitly states that participation does not automatically lead to Public Service employment. SHIRIKA LA POSTA TANZANIA
