Procurement Officer

ile Fresh Limited (Oasis Village & Club) is looking for a results-driven Procurement Officer to lead end-to-end purchasing, vendor management, and contract administration across its operations. 

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end procurement and tender processes. 
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with key suppliers.
• Manage supplier performance and maintain the Approved Supplier Register.
• Supervise stock replenishment with the Stores Officer. 
• Utilize Palladium ERP for transparent transaction tracking. 
• Serve as Secretary to the Procurement Committee. 

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of progressive procurement experience. 
• Hands-on experience with Palladium ERP or a similar system.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and Microsoft Excel skills. 
• PSPTB or CIPS certification is an added advantage. 
• Hospitality industry experience is preferred.
