Key Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks and other transport vehicles safely and efficiently.
- Redistribute inventory across warehouse locations as required.
- Pick customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with stacking and unstacking warehouse bins.
- Build safe and stable stacks of goods during storage operations.
- Secure sugar consignments using tarpaulins during transportation.
- Identify and recommend warehouse improvement opportunities.
- Maintain workplace safety and use PPE correctly.
- Prevent product damage during handling and storage.
- Perform cleaning and housekeeping activities.
- Adhere to company policies, safety standards, and anti-bribery requirements.
Qualifications & Experience
- Secondary School Education (Matric) or equivalent qualification.
- Good physical fitness and endurance for manual work.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Flexibility to work across different warehouse operations as required.
