Role overview

NCBA Bank Tanzania Limited seeks a Procurement Officer in Operations, Commercial Services. One opening, reporting to the Head of Commercial Services.

Key responsibilities

• Support procurement planning, sourcing and tendering.
• Manage suppliers, contracts, procurement risks and service turnaround.
• Deliver cost savings across capital and operating expenditure.

Qualifications and experience

• Relevant business degree, preferably in procurement, supply chain, logistics or a related field.
• PSPTB registration and at least one year of purchasing or contracting experience are desirable.
• Procurement and bid-document knowledge, vendor management, purchasing analysis, ICT and stakeholder communication skills.
