Key Responsibilities

• Procurement Engineer – Civil
• Procurement Engineer – Electrical
• Procurement Officer – IT
• Procurement Officer – Commercial
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with user departments to understand and meet procurement requirements
Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure value for money
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures
Support vendor selection and contract management processes
Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation
Prepare reports and support continuous improvement initiatives
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, IT, Business, or related discipline (depending on role)
Minimum 1 year experience in procurement or related field
Professional registration with PSPTB is an added advantage
Ability to obtain PSPTB certification if not currently registered
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in standard business tools (e.g., Excel, ERP systems)
