Role overview

CRDB Bank Foundation seeks a Program Management Specialist to support its Manager Programs and Partnership Development. Permanent role at the Foundation subsidiary in Tanzania. One opening.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate program activities, timelines, documentation and logistics.
• Maintain monitoring tools, dashboards and performance reports.
• Support community, government, private-sector and donor partnerships.
• Prepare grant proposals, concept notes and accountability reports.
• Support publications, stakeholder meetings and resource mobilisation.

Qualifications and experience

• Relevant bachelor’s degree or above in project management, business administration, social work, public administration, entrepreneurship or a related field.
• At least 3 years in program or project management.
• Social-impact, NGO, development or entrepreneurship program experience.
• Monitoring, evaluation, data management and reporting skills.
• Strong English and Swahili communication; Microsoft Office and program-management tools.
