About the Opportunity
Ahaadi Mental Health is recruiting a Programme Manager to lead programme planning, implementation and performance management. The role involves coordinating field operations, working with government and development partners, and supporting the sustainability of mental health programmes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead programme planning and district-level implementation.
- Coordinate government and development partner relationships.
- Supervise teams, field operations and CareLink implementation.
- Monitor programme performance, budgets and targets.
- Support fundraising, grant proposals and programme sustainability.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Project Management, Development Studies, Social Sciences or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of programme management experience.
- At least 3 years leading multi-site projects.
- Experience working with government and donor-funded programmes.
- Strong leadership, budgeting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent English and Swahili communication skills.
- Willingness to travel.
