Key Duties and Responsibilities

Psychological Support and Counselling

• Provide psychological support and counselling services to students.

• Conduct individual and group assessments.

• Support students' social, emotional and behavioural development.

Collaboration and Student Wellbeing

• Collaborate with teachers, parents and school leadership to create a positive and inclusive school environment.

• Contribute to the implementation of the school's Child Protection Policy.

• Help ensure the safety and wellbeing of all students.

Awareness and Preventive Programmes

• Plan and deliver awareness sessions and preventive programmes.

• Support activities covering mental health, wellbeing and resilience.

Professional Documentation

• Maintain confidential and professional records.

• Uphold appropriate ethical and professional standards.

Qualifications and Requirements

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or an equivalent qualification.

Relevant Experience

• Experience working with children and adolescents is an advantage.
