Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or a related field.

At least two years of relevant experience in loan recovery, debt collection or credit management.

Strong negotiation, communication and problem-solving skills.

Understanding of loan recovery processes, credit risk and applicable regulations.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with loan management or core banking systems.
