Location: North Mara (Nyamongo) – Site Based

Qualifications & Experience
Applicants must have:
- Diploma or Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Health, or a related field.
- Valid NEBOSH or IOSH certification (added advantage).
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar Safety Officer role, preferably within the mining or drilling industry.
- Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with HSE policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
- Conduct safety inspections, risk assessments, and safety meetings.
- Monitor and report hazards, incidents, and near misses.
- Provide safety training and induction to employees and contractors.
- Promote a strong safety culture across the site.
