Company Profile
We are a Chinese company officially established and operating in Tanzania since 2019. We specialize in wholesale and retail of European heavy truck spare parts and Chinese bus spare parts. With stable supply chain and mature local market channels, we are now expanding our sales team and recruiting talented local staff.
Position: Sales Representative
Work Location: Tanzania (Local on-site)
Job Type: Full Time
Job Requirements (Strict)
1. Must have minimum 2 years working experience in bulk/commodity sales;
2. If no bulk sales experience, must have more than 4 years of general sales experience in any industry;
3. Good communication, negotiation and customer follow-up skills;
4. Self-motivated, responsible, target-oriented and able to work stably;
5. Basic English communication is preferred; experience in auto parts / machinery sales is a big advantage.
Job Responsibilities
1. Develop new local customers and maintain regular clients (workshops, fleet companies, spare parts dealers);
2. Receive customer inquiries, provide quotation, follow up orders and after-sales service;
3. Collect local market information and feedback to management;
4. Complete daily sales work and achieve company sales targets.
Working Schedule & Benefits
1. Working hours: 09:00 — 17:30
2. Lunch break: 13:00 — 14:00 (1 hour fixed break)
3. Rest day: Single day off per week
4. All Tanzanian public holidays are fully granted, including:
◦ Saba Saba Day (7th July)
◦ Nane Nane Day (8th August)
And other national legal holidays.
