Position: Sales Representative

The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving business growth through customer acquisition, relationship management, and sales execution across workshops, fleet operators, and spare parts dealers.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Develop new business opportunities and expand the company's customer network.

✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, including workshops, fleet companies, and spare parts dealers.

✅ Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate product quotations.

✅ Follow up on orders, deliveries, and after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction.

✅ Gather market intelligence and provide feedback on customer needs, competitor activities, and industry trends.

✅ Prepare sales reports and achieve assigned sales targets.

Minimum Qualifications & Requirements

Mandatory Requirements

✔ Minimum 2 years of experience in bulk or commodity sales.

OR

✔ Minimum 4 years of general sales experience in any industry if bulk sales experience is not available.

Additional Requirements

✔ Strong communication and negotiation skills.

✔ Proven customer relationship management and follow-up abilities.

✔ Self-driven, target-oriented, and highly responsible.

✔ Ability to work independently and maintain consistent performance.

✔ Basic English communication skills are preferred.

✔ Previous experience in automotive spare parts, machinery, heavy equipment, or related sales sectors will be an added advantage.

Working Hours & Benefits

Working Schedule

🕘 Working Hours: 09:00 AM – 05:30 PM

🍽 Lunch Break: 01:00 PM – 02:00 PM (1-hour fixed break)

📅 Weekly Off Day: One day off per week
