Paveway Africa Limited is seeking a Sales Admin Officer to support sales operations by providing comprehensive administrative assistance to the sales team. The role is critical in ensuring smooth sales processes, effective coordination, timely reporting, and professional client engagement in a fast-paced business environment.
Key Responsibilities
•Assist the sales team in preparing for client meetings and presentations.
•Coordinate the submission of sales proposals and contracts.
•Manage and respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally.
•Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for sales staff.
•Order and manage office supplies and ensure availability of sales resources.
•Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales performance reports.
•Monitor sales performance against targets and provide feedback.
•Support preparation and delivery of sales training materials and sessions.
•Handle customer issues and complaints, escalating when necessary.
•Assist with processing of sales orders and invoices.
•Work closely with the finance department to ensure payments are accurately collected and recorded.
•Monitor budgets and expenses related to sales activities.
Qualifications and Experience
•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
•Strong understanding of sales performance metrics.
