1. SALES MANAGERS (08 POSITIONS)
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
- Minimum of 10 years’ proven experience in FMCG and/or Hardware sales.
- Demonstrated experience in managing key accounts and major customers.
- Strong ability to communicate effectively with large customers in both English and Swahili.
- Ability to work under pressure and consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Strong leadership, supervision, and team control skills.
2. SALES SUPERVISORS (10 POSITIONS)
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Minimum of 6 years’ experience in FMCG and/or Hardware sales.
- Proven ability to lead and supervise a sales team.
- Ability to implement and drive sales targets set by the Zone Manager.
- Strong customer handling and relationship‑management skills.
- Proven ability to expand the customer base and increase order volumes.
- Ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
