We are seeking a Sales Supervisor to lead and manage daily sales operations, guide field teams, and drive revenue growth. This role is ideal for a strong people leader with a results‑driven mindset and experience in sales within financial services or related sectors.


Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage day‑to‑day sales activities
  • Lead, coach, and train the sales team to improve performance
  • Monitor sales targets and track team performance against KPIs
  • Identify new growth opportunities and market expansion areas
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Resolve customer issues promptly to ensure high service standards
  • Prepare sales reports and provide insights to management
  • Ensure compliance with company sales policies and procedures

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Sales Supervisor or Team Leader, preferably in financial services
  • Strong team management and training skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities
  • Solid analytical skills for tracking performance and identifying trends
  • Goal‑oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed targets
  • Proficiency in sales tools and technology is an added advantage
