We are seeking a Sales Supervisor to lead and manage daily sales operations, guide field teams, and drive revenue growth. This role is ideal for a strong people leader with a results‑driven mindset and experience in sales within financial services or related sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage day‑to‑day sales activities
- Lead, coach, and train the sales team to improve performance
- Monitor sales targets and track team performance against KPIs
- Identify new growth opportunities and market expansion areas
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Resolve customer issues promptly to ensure high service standards
- Prepare sales reports and provide insights to management
- Ensure compliance with company sales policies and procedures
Requirements & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Sales Supervisor or Team Leader, preferably in financial services
- Strong team management and training skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Solid analytical skills for tracking performance and identifying trends
- Goal‑oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed targets
- Proficiency in sales tools and technology is an added advantage
