1. Position: Senior Architect
Hospitality & Large-Scale Projects
Role:
Lead the architectural design and technical delivery of complex projects such as luxury hotels, resorts, villas, and mixed-use developments. Manage the project from concept design through construction, ensuring design quality, coordination, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead architectural design and development.
• Produce and oversee concept, schematic, design development, and IFC drawings.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, and interior consultants
• Plan hospitality spaces such as guestrooms, villas, restaurants, spa, and public areas.
• Supervise junior architects and review drawings.
• Present designs to clients and stakeholders.
• Support construction phase with shop drawing reviews and site coordination.
Requirements
• Degree in Architecture.
• 8 + years experience, preferably in hospitality or large developments.
• Strong knowledge of Revit/BIM and construction detailing.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
