The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting human resource operations, employee relations, compliance, and organizational development within a hospitality environment.

Key Requirements

Applicants should meet the following criteria:

✅ Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field
✅ Minimum of 4 years' HR experience, preferably within the hospitality industry
✅ Strong knowledge of Tanzanian labour laws and disciplinary procedures
✅ Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
✅ Strong leadership, organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills
✅ Experience with Odoo HR or other Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) is an added advantage
✅ Previous work experience in Hospitality or Tourism is an added advantage
