Key Responsibilities
- Follow up and report on implementation of internal and external audit findings
- Analyse organizational risks and compliance issues
- Supervise internal audit activities and investigations
- Inspect accounting systems for effectiveness and regulatory compliance
- Prepare audit reports and recommendations
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or Business Administration
- CPA (T) registered with NBAA is mandatory
- CIA, ACCA, CISA, CRISC, CRMA certifications are added advantages
- Master’s degree is an added advantage
- Minimum of 6 years internal audit experience
