Job Overview
Elco‑Link Electrics (T) Limited is seeking a highly motivated Tendering Specialist to manage and coordinate the full tendering process. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing competitive bids, analyzing project requirements, and coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to support successful project acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end‑to‑end tendering and bidding process
- Prepare, review, and submit tender documents and proposals
- Analyze tender requirements, drawings, and specifications
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and finance teams
- Conduct market research to identify tender opportunities
- Manage procurement activities in line with company and client requirements
- Ensure all bids comply with client specifications and internal standards
- Maintain tender records and submission timelines
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Procurement, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong knowledge of Tender Management and Procurement processes
- Good analytical skills to evaluate project and bid requirements
- Strong proposal writing and communication skills
- Experience in electrical contracting or engineering industry is an added advantage
- Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in relevant software tools (MS Office, tendering tools, etc.)
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage deadlines effectively
