Warehouse Coordinator at Offgrid Consulting Ltd.

OGC Warehousing is recruiting a Warehouse Coordinator to oversee warehouse operations, inventory management, stock control, reporting, dispatch coordination and warehouse performance monitoring. The successful candidate will ensure efficient warehouse operations while maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate day-to-day warehouse activities to ensure efficient operations.

•Oversee receiving, storage, picking, issuing and dispatch of goods.

•Maintain accurate stock records and inventory accuracy.

•Monitor stock levels and identify shortages or discrepancies.

•Ensure proper storage, handling and safekeeping of goods.

•Conduct stock checks and cycle counts.

•Prepare inventory and warehouse performance reports.

•Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements

Required Qualifications

✅ Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field.

✅ Proven experience in warehouse operations and inventory management.

✅ Strong knowledge of warehouse processes and inventory control.

✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems.
