An employer operating a factory warehouse in Mafinga, Iringa, is recruiting a Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory management and coordination with production and procurement teams.
The position offers an opportunity for candidates with warehouse or inventory experience who demonstrate responsibility, strong communication skills and the ability to learn.
Previous management experience is not mandatory. Candidates with strong potential may receive training and development on the job.
Key Responsibilities

Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, issuing and dispatching materials and goods.

Supervise and coordinate local Tanzanian warehouse employees.

Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock accuracy.

Conduct regular stocktaking and report inventory discrepancies.

Ensure proper warehouse organisation and compliance with company procedures.

Coordinate with production and procurement departments to ensure timely material supply.

Report daily operations and work progress to the Chinese supervisor.
Required Qualifications and Experience
Professional Experience

At least one year of experience in a warehouse or inventory-related position.

Previous management experience is not required.

Candidates with strong learning potential may be trained and developed on the job.
Education
A Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any of the following fields is preferred:
