Beach & Safari Holidays is recruiting a Yield Specialist to support data-driven commercial decision-making and maximise revenue across its growing portfolio of safari and beach properties in Tanzania.
The successful candidate will analyse occupancy, pricing, Revenue per Available Room (RevPAR), booking patterns, demand forecasts and market performance to identify opportunities for improving profitability and operational efficiency.
The role covers tourism destinations including Zanzibar, Pemba, and safari properties across northern and southern Tanzania.
This opportunity is ideal for an analytical professional who can combine advanced Microsoft Excel, AI tools, forecasting and commercial insights to support smarter hospitality revenue strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain Excel dashboards tracking occupancy, RevPAR, booking trends and revenue forecasts.

Analyse pricing strategies, market demand, seasonality and booking patterns.

Recommend pricing adjustments based on commercial performance and market positioning.

Use AI and automation tools to identify trends and improve reporting efficiency.

Prepare regular performance reports and actionable insights for management.

Support capacity planning, forecasting and inventory management.

Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Operations teams.

Identify opportunities to increase revenue and improve operational efficiency across properties and packages.
Requirements & Qualifications
Professional Experience
-
2–5 years of experience in revenue analysis, yield management, hospitality analytics or a related role.

Experience in the hospitality or tourism industry is a strong advantage.
Technical Skills

Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency, including pivot tables, complex formulas and data visualisation.

Confidence using AI tools such as ChatGPT, analytics platforms and automation software.

Strong understanding of data analysis, forecasting and performance reporting.
