About the opportunities
Join VEGA Electric’s growing engineering team, delivering turnkey electrical solutions across Tanzania. Two positions are available for experienced quantity surveying and electrical sales professionals.
Quantity Surveyor (QS)
- Prepare project cost estimates and Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
- Price and submit tenders, including cost analysis.
- Support tender evaluation and contract negotiations.
- Monitor project costs and variations; prepare cost reports and forecasts.

Sales Engineer – Electrical
- Develop and implement sales strategies for electrical solutions and services.
- Prepare technical and commercial tender submissions.
- Provide cost estimates and pricing for proposals.
- Engage clients, understand their requirements and propose tailored solutions.
- Support business development and market-share growth.

Qualifications and experience
A degree in a relevant field, such as Quantity Surveying, Electrical Engineering or a related discipline. Minimum three years in a similar role, preferably within the electrical or construction industry.
