Q-Sourcing Servtec is recruiting experienced operators for a Tanzania-based client in Ngerengere, Morogoro. Applications close on 8 November 2026.

Heavy Tractor Operator

Operate tractors for ploughing, ripping, harrowing and land preparation; pull farming and site-work implements; support transport and logistics; conduct daily inspections and basic maintenance; report defects; maintain work logs, fuel records and implement usage reports.

• Seven to ten years’ experience operating heavy tractors in large-scale farming or earthworks.
• Knowledge of tractor implements, PTO systems and safe operation.
• Valid driving licence.

Dozer Operator

Carry out bulk earthmoving, ripping, grading and finish work to plans and levels. Rip hard ground with appropriate attachments, coordinate with ground staff and other operators, inspect and maintain equipment, report mechanical defects and complete daily logs, fuel records and inspection checklists.

• Seven to eight years’ dozer experience in civil construction, mining or large-scale farming.
• Good understanding of grades, slopes and safe operating practices.
• Valid driving licence.

Truck & Low-Bed Truck Operator

Transport heavy equipment, implements and materials; secure loads and follow road safety and loading rules; inspect brakes, tyres, lights, fluids and couplings; report defects and arrange maintenance; maintain trip logs, fuel records and load manifests.

• Five to seven years’ experience driving heavy trucks and low-bed trailers.
• Heavy-vehicle licence appropriate to the truck and trailer class.
• Clean driving record and strong safety awareness.
