• Minimum 3 years' experience in freight forwarding, logistics or supply-chain marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and lead corporate marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and expand regional market share.
• Identify, target and acquire high-value corporate clients.
• Manage lead-generation pipelines and pitch logistics solutions.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis and rate-trend analysis.
• Oversee digital and traditional marketing campaigns.

2. Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Minimum 3 years' experience in freight-rate negotiation, quotation drafting and costing analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Calculate cost estimates and prepare competitive quotations/proforma invoices for air, sea and road freight.
• Negotiate ocean freight, air cargo and trucking rates with shipping lines, airlines and third-party transporters.
• Analyse duty structures, port tariffs and incidental costs.
• Maintain healthy profit margins across logistics jobs.
• Work with sales and operations teams to confirm operational feasibility and customs-rate structures before quotations are submitted to clients.

4. Declaration Officer

Location: Arusha
Experience: Minimum 3 years
Age Requirement: 24–38 years

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree or Advanced Diploma in Customs & Tax Administration or Supply Chain Management.
• East African Customs Freight Forwarding Practicing Certificate (EACFFPC) is mandatory.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in customs documentation, tariff classification and declaration systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and process customs entries using TANCIS (Tanzania Customs Integrated System) for imports, exports and transit shipments.
• Verify Bills of Lading, invoices, packing lists and permits.
• Assign correct Harmonized System (HS) codes and duty rates.
• Coordinate with TRA customs officers and regulatory bodies including TBS, TMDA and GCLA.
• Resolve customs queries and facilitate timely cargo release.
• Conduct quality checks on declarations before submission to prevent penalties, cargo holds or fines.

5. Key Account Managers

Experience: Minimum 3 years

Qualifications & Experience
