Transport Supervisor

Key Responsibilities
The Transport Supervisor will:
- Manage and coordinate a fleet of 35 trucks.
- Lead and supervise the Transport Team.
- Assign and distribute duties to Transport Officers (TOs) and Tracking Officers.
- Coordinate daily transport operations.
- Ensure smooth and efficient fleet movement.
- Handle and resolve challenges encountered by drivers while on the road.
- Monitor transport performance.
- Maintain operational discipline.
- Monitor transport and fleet safety.
- Support overall operational efficiency.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
Candidates should have:
- At least 4 years of experience in transport/fleet operations.
- Proven ability to lead and supervise a transport team.
- Strong leadership ability – a MUST.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Good decision-making capabilities.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Ability to coordinate multiple transport activities simultaneously.
