Fika is seeking a results-driven Accounting Manager to oversee financial operations, ensure accurate reporting, manage budgets, maintain tax compliance and strengthen financial controls to support sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities

Record and maintain accurate daily financial transactions.

Reconcile platform collections, driver payments, commissions, expenses and bank transactions.

Prepare driver payment schedules and supporting records.

Monitor accounts receivable, accounts payable, cash flow and outstanding balances.

Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports for management.
-
Track platform revenue, commissions, operating expenses and other income.

Maintain proper filing of invoices, receipts, payment vouchers and financial records.

Support budgets, cash-flow forecasts and financial analysis.

Assist with payroll-related accounting and payment reconciliations.
Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a closely related field.

Relevant accounting experience; exposure to high-volume transaction environments is an advantage.

Strong understanding of bookkeeping, reconciliations, financial reporting and internal controls.

Strong Microsoft Excel or spreadsheet skills and ability to use accounting software.

Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, integrity and confidentiality.

Ability to analyse financial data and identify discrepancies.
-
Knowledge of Tanzanian tax and statutory requirements is an advantage.
