HumanValue Consulting Limited is hiring a commercially driven Business Development Manager – Digital Products & Growth to grow sales across the HumanValue and JobsTanzania digital product ecosystem.

The role is focused on converting audience, traffic and market opportunities into qualified leads, paying customers and verified revenue.

What You Will Do

• Understand digital products quickly and identify target customers and commercial opportunities.
• Prospect, generate qualified leads, and build and manage a sales pipeline.
• Develop go-to-market strategies and sell B2B and B2C digital products and services.
• Use LinkedIn, Facebook, WhatsApp, email and direct outreach commercially.
• Prepare proposals and offers, handle objections, negotiate and close sales.
• Develop accounts and cross-sell relevant products.
• Test customer-acquisition strategies and improve conversion funnels.
• Track leads, conversions and revenue.
• Report measurable commercial results.

You will help grow products and services including Talent Bank / Talent Search, Employer Subscriptions, Job Advertising, Recruitment Solutions, HumanValue HR Services, Training & Digital Courses, Job Seeker Premium, HumanValue Premium, CV & LinkedIn Services, Career Products, Employer Solutions and future digital products.

What Will Help You Succeed

• Evidence of business development and B2B or B2C sales.
• Digital-product, SaaS/platform, recruitment or HR-service sales experience.
• Lead generation and prospecting.
• Social selling using LinkedIn, Facebook, email and WhatsApp Business.
• CRM and pipeline management.
• Proposal development, negotiation and objection handling.
• Sales closing and account development.
• Digital marketing fundamentals and conversion funnels.
• Basic commercial analytics and KPI/revenue reporting.
• Ability to work independently and manage performance in a remote environment.

A degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Sales, Commerce or a related discipline is useful.

Proven commercial performance carries greater weight than qualifications alone.

A portfolio or evidence of previous commercial results is preferred.

Compensation & Performance

💰 Fixed Salary: TZS 1,000,000 per month

➕ Performance-based sales incentives

Continued performance will be measured against agreed commercial KPIs, with additional incentives linked to results.
