Key Responsibilities

Answer member calls professionally and within established service standards.

Follow up missed and abandoned calls within 24 hours.

Provide accurate information about SACCO products and services.

Resolve or escalate complaints and enquiries.

Follow up cases and document call outcomes.

Identify opportunities to cross-sell relevant SACCO products.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, Communication or a related field.

At least two years' experience in a call centre, customer service or frontline support role.

Familiarity with CRM or call-centre systems and Microsoft Office.

Strong communication, listening and problem-solving skills.

Integrity and discretion when handling member information.
