Customer Service & Sales Representative

We are looking for a motivated and customer‑focused professional to join our team as a Customer Service & Sales Representative.

✅ Requirements

•Diploma or Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

•Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service, front desk, or sales

•Strong communication skills in English and Swahili (written and spoken)

•Proficiency in WhatsApp Business, email platforms, Microsoft Office, and basic CRM tools

•Ability to multitask and manage multiple client interactions effectively

•Experience in the construction industry is an added advantage
