Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the company's finance and accounting function.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for management.
• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
• Oversee accounting operations and month-end closing processes.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, taxation requirements, and statutory obligations.
• Strengthen and maintain internal control systems.
• Manage cash flow, financial risk, and working capital requirements.
• Support strategic decision-making through financial analysis and reporting.
• Coordinate audit activities and implement audit recommendations.
• Lead and mentor finance team members to achieve departmental objectives.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification is mandatory.
• Minimum of five (5) years of professional experience in finance and accounting.
• Proven experience in a management or senior finance position.
• Strong experience in an auditing firm is highly preferred.
• Prior experience in an ICT or technology company is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, and compliance.
• Experience managing financial operations and leading finance teams.
