Key Responsibilities
• Set up and maintain the electronic document management system (EDMS) for the project
• Register, log, and distribute all incoming and outgoing project correspondence
• Manage the drawing register, ensuring only the latest revisions are issued for construction
• Process and track transmittals, RFIs, submittals, and material approvals
• Maintain the project filing system (both digital and hard copy) per company standards
• Prepare document status reports and overdue-response trackers for management review
• Coordinate the compilation of handover documentation and O&M manuals
• Archive project records at completion in accordance with contractual and legal requirements
• Support the QS with filing of contractual correspondence and variation documentation
• Ensure document numbering, naming conventions, and metadata comply with project standards
Qualifications & Experience
• Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of document control experience on construction projects
• Experience with EDMS platforms (Aconex, Asite, Procore, or similar)
Key Skills & Competencies
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
• Good understanding of construction documentation workflows
• Ability to manage high volumes of documents under time pressure

Purpose of Role
Directly supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the labour force on site, ensuring work is executed safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standards. Act as the critical link between the engineering team and the workforce.
Key Responsibilities
• Allocate daily work tasks to trade foremen and labour gangs based on the weekly programme
• Ensure all workers understand their assignments, method statements, and safety requirements
• Monitor workforce productivity and report output to the Site Engineer
• Coordinate labour and equipment resources across concurrent work fronts
• Conduct daily toolbox talks and enforce site safety rules and PPE compliance
• Inspect completed work for quality before requesting formal inspections
• Manage attendance, timekeeping, and overtime records for the labour force
• Report material shortages, equipment breakdowns, and access constraints promptly
• Maintain discipline and resolve minor workforce disputes on site
• Assist with site logistics including housekeeping, material movement, and access scaffolding
Qualifications & Experience
• Trade qualification or diploma in Construction / Building Technology
• Minimum 8 years of construction experience with at least 3 years in a supervisory role
• Proven ability to manage large labour forces (50+ workers)
Key Skills & Competencies
• Strong leadership and ability to motivate diverse teams
• Practical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and sequences
• Good verbal communication skills in relevant site languages
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications

Purpose of Role
Plan, source, and manage the procurement of all materials, equipment, and specialist services required for the project. Ensure timely delivery aligned with the construction programme while achieving the best value and maintaining quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain the project procurement schedule aligned with the master programme
• Source and evaluate suppliers and subcontractors through competitive tendering
• Prepare purchase orders, call-off schedules, and material requisitions
• Negotiate pricing, lead times, warranties, and delivery terms with vendors
• Coordinate with the QS to ensure procurement stays within the approved budget
• Track material deliveries, expedite late orders, and manage supplier performance
• Maintain the approved vendor list and conduct supplier pre-qualification assessments
• Manage site logistics including material storage, handling, and waste disposal
• Ensure all procured materials have the required certifications, test reports, and approvals
• Maintain a procurement log and provide weekly status reports to the Project Manager
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of procurement experience in the construction industry
• Familiarity with ERP or procurement management systems
Key Skills & Competencies
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
• Excellent organisational and logistics planning ability
• Good understanding of construction materials and specifications

Purpose of Role
Supervise and coordinate all civil and structural works on site, ensuring construction is carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Provide technical guidance to the workforce and act as the engineering authority for day-to-day site activities.
Key Responsibilities
• Carry out setting-out works using total station, GPS, and levelling instruments
• Review and interpret structural and civil drawings, ensuring works proceed per approved documents
• Supervise concrete pours, formwork erection, reinforcement placement, and curing procedures
• Prepare and maintain daily site diaries, progress logs, and photographic records
• Conduct quality inspections and coordinate hold-point inspections with consultants
• Prepare and submit RFIs, shop drawings, and material submittals for engineering review
• Monitor subcontractor performance against programme and specification requirements
• Coordinate with the MEP engineer to resolve clashes and sequencing conflicts
• Ensure materials are tested and approved before incorporation into the works
• Maintain as-built drawings and contribute to handover documentation
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of site engineering experience on construction projects
• Familiarity with local building codes and international standards (BS, ACI, Eurocode)
Key Skills & Competencies
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, or equivalent drafting software
• Competent with survey instruments (total station, level, GPS)
• Strong technical problem-solving and analytical ability
• Good coordination and communication with multi-disciplinary teams
