About the Role

We are recruiting a Geologist and other professionals with experience in exploration surveys to support mining exploration activities at our Lindi Mining Site.
This role is ideal for a field‑oriented and analytical professional with hands‑on experience in geological and mineral exploration work.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct geological and mineral exploration surveys
• Collect, analyze, and interpret geological data
• Support exploration planning and reporting activities
• Participate in field assessments and site evaluations
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or above in Geology, Mining Engineering, Exploration, or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in mining or exploration work
• Age range: 25 – 50 years
• Ability to work effectively in field and remote site environments
• Strong analytical, reporting, and teamwork skills
