The successful candidate will combine strategic technology leadership with commercial accountability, industrial operational knowledge and practical experience implementing enterprise systems, automation and modern digital technologies.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

1. Technology Strategy and Digital Transformation

• Lead enterprise-wide IT strategy and digital transformation initiatives.

• Develop and drive Industry 4.0 initiatives across manufacturing operations.

• Align technology priorities with organisational strategy and business objectives.

• Lead organisation-wide change initiatives.

2. Technology Financial Management

• Own the technology profit and loss (P&L) responsibilities.

• Manage technology operating expenditure (OPEX).
