An opportunity is available for an experienced Head – PEB Business to lead the overall Pre-Engineered Steel Building (PEB) business, with responsibility for sales, profitability, market expansion and business growth in Uganda.
The role requires a senior commercial and technical leader with substantial experience in PEB, steel buildings, heavy steel structures, sales and business development, together with a strong understanding of engineering, fabrication, construction and project delivery.

Head – PEB Business
Key Responsibilities
- Lead PEB sales and business development.
- Drive revenue growth, profitability and market expansion.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, architects, consultants, contractors and developers.
- Lead and develop sales, design and project teams.
- Oversee PEB design, engineering, manufacturing and construction activities.
- Manage project budgets, costs and overall commercial performance.
- Identify new markets and business opportunities.
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
- 12–15+ years of overall professional experience.
- At least 10+ years' experience in PEB, Steel Building or Heavy Steel Structures.
- Strong experience in Sales & Business Development.
- Good understanding of steel-building design, fabrication and construction.
- Experience in EPC, project management and budget management.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong commercial and business-development capabilities.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Strong business acumen.
- People and team-management capabilities.
- Ability to lead multidisciplinary sales, design and project teams.
- Strong understanding of the commercial and technical aspects of PEB projects.
