About the Role
Mkwawa Logistic and Construction is a dynamic organization delivering logistics and construction solutions with a strong emphasis on quality, efficiency, and professionalism.
We are seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead and manage all HR functions, support workforce planning, and provide strategic HR guidance to both management and employees.
This role is ideal for an experienced HR professional who can balance operational execution with strategic people management in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day Human Resources operations
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives
- Oversee employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution
- Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with Tanzanian labour laws and company regulations
- Manage payroll and employee benefits administration
- Provide strategic input on workforce planning and HR development
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership and employees on HR matters
- Maintain accurate HR records, documentation, and reporting
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in Human Resources management
- Strong knowledge of labour laws, compliance, and HR best practices
- Experience in payroll and benefits administration
- Excellent organizational, problem‑solving, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in HR systems and technology tools
- Master’s Degree or HR certification (e.g. SHRM‑CP, PHR) is an added advantage
- Experience in the logistics or construction industry is a plus
